Screenshots After we receive your response from the design questionaire, we will take your ideas and vision and create a variety of screenshots for you to choose from. At this time we'll also send you an informational gathering questionaire. You will then have the chance to review the screenshots. Choose a screenshot. Offer your first set of revisions. Provide pictures and content for all the pages that need it.
First Version After we receive your screenshot selection, first set of revisions, pictures, and content, we will modify the chosen screenshot according to your specifications. We will then proceed with a compilation of the design into html format. Next we will add the provided content and pictures according to your specifications. Then we will send you a notification of completion, and send you a link for you to review your new website. This is where you'll have a chance to review the entire site and offer your second set of revisions that are needed.
Final Version After we receive your second set of revisions, we will modify the site according to your specifications. Then we will send you a notification of completion, a link for you to review your final website, and a clear to publish form to confirm the delivery of the website and give the permission to publish the website live. You'll then have the chance to review the website to confirm your stated revisons have been met. Then you will sign off on the clear to publish form and mail or fax it back to us. You also have the chance submit additional revisions, but this will result in additional charges.
Deployment Once we receive your clear to publish website sign off, we will then proceed to publish your website as a live site.
